Find the TouchPoints
TouchPoint is one of the strongest communication trends in our profession. Fiona Blades, a partner at MESH Planningan agency for communication research, will present a new approach to tracking the TouchPoints between consumer and company called TROI (TouchPoint return on investment).
The TouchPoint survey is an in-depth analysis of the different communication channels (TouchPoints) which brands use in making contact with the consumer. How this survey works and how it can improve our work will be presented by Jurij Grobovšek, Mediana.

The End of TV as We Know It, is the title of the lecture by Biljana Weber, general manager of IBM Slovenia and Southeast Europe.
To gauge the mid-term developments (until 2012), IBM carried out a number of interviews across all segments of the industry in the US, Europe and Asia.
The participants of SEMPL will learn about the results of the survey.
Phil Hewitt, director of sales at Croatia's Nova TV, will meanwhile bring out an arsenal of strong arguments to prove the potential of television as a strong medium in the future.
